About Us

We care about nurses as I grow up with a nurse. I experienced firsthand what my sister went through on a daily basis. 

Today with Covid 19 upon us, Nurses are working harder than ever and need someone looking after them in ways they cannot do themselves .

Our Principles are very similar to Nurses' Five C's of Caring: commitment, conscience, competence, compassion, and confidence. The five C's are considered beneficial to improving coworker and patient relationships and increasing a nurse's chances for career advancement. we never stop learning. Each year,

Ron Amir has over 15 years of experience in the Securities Industry as a Financial Advisor. Prior to his current position with WIS, he worked as a Financial Advisor for over 9 years with JP Morgan Chase and over 2 years with Ameriprise Financial. Ron also worked at Great Western Home Loans as a Mortgage Loan Officer & as a Manager. His position with Great Western Home Loans was pivotal to the organization expanding their footprint in the state of Nevada. 

While attending Cal State Northridge for his undergraduate studies in Business with an emphasis in Finance, Ron worked in the Restaurant Industry. Being multifaceted and soaking in all knowledge and experience served him well. Shortly after, with a valiant entrepreneurial spirit Ron open his own restaurant at 23. 

Hungry for more, Ron continued his education in finance. He completed an MBA degree at Pepperdine University with emphasis in Finance, where he spent time at Oxford University in London.
When Ron is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing poker, soccer and watching sports. He is a huge Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Lakers fan!
